Get to Know You Survey!
Everyone is going to answer a short set of questions to help you and Mr. Buda get to know one another better. This is not a test--there are no right or wrong answers. Our 'Get to Know You' survey will only take about 15 minutes. To get started, you'll click on our survey link, then fill in your first and last name .
When you are finished taking the survey, you will instantly see up to 5 things that you have in common with Mr. Buda based on your survey results. You will then be prompted to a few addition reflection questions to better understand these commonalities.
